4 Lachskoteletts à 200 g
2 EL Olivenöl
150 g Rotkäppchen Frischer Landrahm "Natur"
5 EL Milch
1/2 Beet Kresse
Salz, Pfeffer
Directions:
Lachskoteletts abspülen und gut trockentupfen. Die Lachskoteletts mit Öl bestreichen, salzen, pfeffern und auf dem Grill ca. 8 Minuten rösten. Landrahm cremig rühren, nach und nach die Milch unterrühren und die Kresse zugeben. Den Dip mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und zu den Lachskoteletts servieren.
